Description
Some recently discovered Super-8 footage of skateboarding action on the streets of Newport Beach and at the legendary Irvine skatepark (R.I.P.). Shot in 1976 and early 1977, here are some freestyle moves that were very in long before ollies took over. A downhill run in Big Canyon andsome smooth moves on the lips of the free Irvine skate run -- and over the lips thanks to some plywood extensions. Featuring Bill Sharp with cameos by Steve Shipp, Alan Lopez, Richard Knight and others whose names are long forgotten.
